1. GUARANTEE OVERVIEW

Guarantee Period: 180 calendar days from Setup Completion Date

Guarantee Threshold: 3X Return on Investment (ROI)

Applicable Packages: AutoScale AI PRO+ (USD1,697/month) and AutoScale AI PRO MAX (USD3,997/month)

Extension Period: Up to additional 180 days of free services if guarantee not met

2. BUSINESS ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Client must meet ALL of the following criteria to qualify for the guarantee:

Minimum Operating Period: Business must be in continuous operation for at least 3 years

Customer Database: Minimum of 3,000 verified customer records

Data Compliance: Must provide complete sales reports, customer analytics, and revenue data as specified in Section 7

DISCLAIMER: Aurorise AI reserves the right to verify eligibility criteria and disqualify clients who fail to meet requirements. Aurorise AI further reserves the right to review the eligibility of businesses, and to disqualify those that fail to meet requirements at Aurorise AI's sole discretion.

3. SETUP COMPLETION DEFINITION

Setup Completion Date occurs when Aurorise AI has successfully implemented:

- AI agents configuration

- Sales pipelines and workflows

- Customer nurturing processes

- All specified automations

- Integration testing completion

CRITICAL: The 180-day guarantee period begins ONLY after written confirmation of Setup Completion by Aurorise AI.

4. INVESTMENT CALCULATION

Base Investment Formula:

Total Investment = Monthly Package Fee × 6 months

- PRO+: USD1,697 × 6 = USD10,182

- PRO MAX: USD3,997 × 6 = USD23,982

EXCLUDED FROM INVESTMENT:

- Setup fees and one-time charges

- Client's advertising spend

- Third-party tool costs

- Additional software licenses

5. REVENUE RECOGNITION & ROI CALCULATION

5.1 INCLUDED REVENUE

ALL revenue generated directly or indirectly through Aurorise AI services, systems and efforts, including but not limited:

- Sales from Aurorise AI services, systems and efforts directly and indirectly

- Revenue from implemented strategies, packages, and offers

- Upsells and cross-sells facilitated by our system

- Customer conversions from our nurturing processes

- Revenue from any sales packages we design or recommend

- ALL revenue from customers acquired through our systems, services and efforts, regardless of who closes the sale

5.2 EXCLUDED REVENUE

Revenue NOT attributable to Aurorise AI system, services & efforts:

- Sales from completely pre-existing products, services, or customer relationships that receive no Company enhancement, optimization, or strategic input

- Revenue from business activities that explicitly operate independently of Company recommendations or systems

- Income from investments, asset sales, or financial activities unrelated to the client's core business operations

- Revenue from legal settlements, insurance claims, or other non-operational sources

5.3 CALCULATION FORMULA

3X ROI Requirement:

- PRO+: USD10,182 × 3 = USD30,546 minimum revenue

- PRO MAX: USD23,982 × 3 = USD71,946 minimum revenue

Qualified Revenue = Total Revenue - Excluded Revenue

6. GUARANTEE EXECUTION

6.1 If 3X ROI is NOT achieved within 180 days:

- Aurorise AI will provide continued services at NO COST

- Extension period: Up to additional 180 days maximum

- Services include: team support, system access, strategy, and execution support

- Guarantee terminates when 3X ROI is achieved OR after 360 total days from Set Up Completion Date (whichever comes first)

6.2 GUARANTEE LIMITATIONS
Aurorise AI's maximum liability is limited to providing free services as described above. Under NO circumstances shall Aurorise AI be liable for:

- Cash refunds or monetary compensation

- Consequential or indirect damages

- Lost profits or business opportunities

- Any damages exceeding the value of services provided

7. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS & COMPLIANCE

7.1 MANDATORY DATA PROVISION

Client must provide within 14 days of agreement:

Sales Reports Including:

- Monthly revenue breakdown for past 12 months

- Product/service performance analytics

- Customer acquisition costs and sources

- Conversion rates and sales cycle data

Customer Database Analytics:

- Complete customer demographics and behavior data

- Purchase history and frequency

- Customer lifetime value calculations

- Geographic and source distribution

Marketing Data:

- Social media advertising statistics and spend

- Lead generation sources (ads, referrals, walk-ins, organic)

- Campaign performance metrics

- Return on ad spend (ROAS) data

7.2 ONGOING COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

- Implement all recommended strategies and plans within agreed timelines

- Provide monthly revenue reports in specified format

- Grant necessary system access and permissions

- Maintain active participation in strategy sessions

- Execute all agreed campaign actions and follow-ups

- Full support including Ads spent

8. GUARANTEE DISQUALIFICATION

The guarantee is VOID if client:

- Fails to provide required data within 14 days

- Does not implement recommended strategies and plans

- Refuses system access or integration requirements

- Misrepresents business data or revenue figures

- Terminates services before 180-day period completion

- Fails to maintain minimum monthly collaboration requirements

- Does not respond to Aurorise AI communications within 7 business days

9. REVENUE TRACKING & VERIFICATION

9.1 TRACKING METHODOLOGY

- Client must use Aurorise AI's designated tracking systems

- Monthly revenue reports required in specified format

- Third-party verification may be required at Aurorise AI's discretion

- All revenue claims subject to audit and verification

9.2 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

- Monthly revenue reports due by 5th of following month

- Detailed breakdown of revenue sources required

- Supporting documentation for all claimed revenue

- Failure to report voids guarantee protection

10. AMENDMENTS & MODIFICATIONS

- Aurorise AI reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice

- Modifications apply to new agreements only unless otherwise specified

- Client's continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modifications

- These terms supersede all previous agreements and representations

11. GOVERNING TERMS

This Term Sheet operates in conjunction with:

- Aurorise AI Terms of Service (available at company website)

- Privacy Policy and Data Protection Terms

- Service Level Agreements (SLA)

- Any additional terms specified in service contracts

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

By accepting Aurorise AI services, client acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to all terms contained herein.
